Q: I have heard of your firm and have a
few accounting issues that will require professional expertise, what
is common protocol for enlisting your services?
A: Set up an appointment by email or phone. On your first
appointment we ask that you provide copies of prior year returns.
Q: What is your privacy policy, will you
share any information with any third-parties?
A: We take privacy matters very seriously. We will
not in any case share information with a third party unless
instructed in writing by the client.
Q: Do you outsource any of your
tax or accounting work? Do
you perform the work personally? Who signs the returns?
A: Unlike many of our colleagues in the urban areas, we do not outsource
tax or accounting services. After each return is prepared, it is reviewed and signed by
a qualified CPA to ensure quality control.
